Good coaches will provide helpful new perspectives, but mindset shifts are only half of the battle. You can’t gaslight yourself into being calm in moments of high stress or not caring when all you want is the big win! You have to improve your tolerance to those high stress moments by testing your reaction to smaller stressors in a safe environment.
My High-Pressure Performance Coaching provides you with space to practice, test, and learn how you react to stress. You’ll acquire tools grounded in the mind-body practice of the Alexander Technique to help you move through those stressful moments with greater ease and freedom.

Mind-Body Practice?
Many wellness practitioners will encourage you to connect your mind and body, but that isn’t the whole story. The truth is that your mind and body are always connected, working together at all times. Despite this inherent connection, we often don’t have a conscious experience of it. We find ourselves overthinking and disconnected from our bodies, or overwhelmed by sensation and unable to make rational choices. My High-Pressure Performance Coaching helps you become more consciously aware of your mind-body connection, so you can actively participate in it. You will gain tools and techniques to take you out of startle and freeze and into the present moment so you can perform at your best when it matters most.
